1. Scope

These terms govern the mafia.events website and the Mafia World app: club search, game sign-ups, academy, rating and online play.

2. Account

You are responsible for accurate details and keeping access secure. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts for rule violations, fraud or abuse.

3. Conduct

No abuse, discrimination, fixed games, off-rules hints or third-party tools in online games. The host’s and referee’s decisions at the table are final.

4. Content

By posting photos and text in club feeds you confirm you hold the rights and allow us to display them. The brand, role illustrations and academy materials belong to [Legal entity].

5. Liability

Club games are run by independent franchise partners. The club is responsible for the venue, safety and game quality. The service is provided “as is”.

6. Changes and disputes

We give 14 days’ notice of changes. Disputes are settled by negotiation, then in the courts at the seat of [Legal entity], unless consumer law provides otherwise.
