1. Who processes your data

The data controller is [Legal entity], registration code [code], address: [address]. Data contact: privacy@mafia.events.

2. What we collect

Phone number, email, nickname, city, profile photo; game history, rating and event sign-ups; payment records (no card numbers); technical data: IP address, device type, cookies. Location only with your permission and only to find nearby clubs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Contract: account, game sign-ups, payments, rating. Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, service analytics. Consent: marketing emails, analytics and advertising cookies, location. Legal obligation: accounting and tax.

4. Who we share data with

Network clubs, as needed to run a game (nickname, phone, sign-up). Payment providers [name], hosting [name], SMS and email services. We never sell personal data. Transfers outside the EEA rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Account data while the account is active and 3 years after deletion for dispute resolution. Payment records for the period required by tax law. Cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. See “GDPR rights” for how to exercise them. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or your EU supervisory authority.

7. Children

The service is for people aged 16 and over. If we learn we hold a child’s data without parental consent, we will delete it.
